Track Your Order

Every order ships free with UPS. As soon as your parcel leaves the boutique, we send you an email with your UPS tracking number and a link to follow it step by step.

You can also track it directly on ups.com/track with the number from your email.

Can't find your tracking email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder — the email comes from info@harper-vale.com.
• Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days; the tracking number is sent once the parcel leaves our hands.
• Still nothing after 3 business days? Write to us with your order number and we will check it for you within 24 hours.
